Suffering before the Glory

To live as Jesus lived, and be a disciple or follower of His ways, is not always a clear-cut (and definitely not easy) path to take. It is called the "narrow path" for a reason. However, I feel as though many Christians today are either ashamed, discouraged, or at least somewhat confused about that being the reality of discipleship or being on the path that leads to Life!
There are many reasons for this being the case that I don't intend to discuss at the moment. But I would like to say a few things to encourage and exhort anyone finding themselves struggling with the pain, trials, discomforts, disappointments, or challenges of this present evil age we are sojourning in as fellow believers and followers of the Messiah.
That is the main thing I must remind myself of often! This "age" is evil, fallen and imperfect!!! Of course we will face hard things, even as those who trust in the perfect and Holy man Jesus who did suffer and die for our Salvation! I do believe He died, rose again, and conquered death!!!
This is true, and I do believe He is always good!!!
However, what makes Him so, so good is the example He gave us to live as He lived, so we would have courage and confidence that every perverse, unfair, and devastating thing we face in this life, will be as flower that fades and seems extremely dismal in the light of the coming Hope and Glory!!!!
I, too, have been be discouraged and dismayed at times because I was misinterpretating the outcome of the current unpleasant situation to mean that I must have heard wrong or been disobedient in order to cause the problem in my way.....WRONG!!!! I have found instead that facing an obstacle is often proof He's leading you!!!! WHAT?!?!
That man seem obsird or backwards, inside out or up side down, but He is far less like you and me than we know or can fathom, and I'm really grateful for that! Because when I FAIL AND LET MYSELF AND OTHERS DOWN....He NEVER WILL!!!!
BE BLESSED 🙌
