The Frontier Nurse first grew her rural roots while being raised in southeastern Montata where her nursing career also began. In attempts to increase her experience base, she ventured further west, not knowing what the future would hold, but having confidence the journey would be worth discovering.

 

Working and living primarily in rural settings, The Frontier Nurse gleaned experience she never fathomed possible. Her stories include many touching, inspirational, and sometimes traumatic or painful moments from real life encounters and life lessons learned from harsh healthcare settings, relational challenges, and unexpected turns in the road along the way.

Her work is done for her own benefit, but she hopes others find a blessing of hope, encouragement, or a bit insight from her words.
